Gate.  Hinges on the right and swings in.  Mahogany gate to fit opening of 40 inches by 72 inches.  Mastching jams, double mid-rails, window with bars over, appearance side.  Square clavos top and bottom rails.

Finish to a very dark stained finish with clear topcoat.  Black hinges.  Owner will provide locking entrance hardware which I will install.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted…$1300.00

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…$650.00 rc’d

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.
