Two gates for residence.  Both of Mahogany, arched, both hinge on the right and open in.  Gates to be provided with matching jams that go to top of wall (notch for placement) and door top edge to start at top of jams.

Opening for gate #1 is 48 inches with jams made to 40” height and 3 inch depth.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted… $1400.00

Owner may provide handle, locking, hardware.  If not, I can provide for additional charges plus $50.00 per lockset to install.

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…$700.00

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.
