 Gate opening is 33 inches plus thickness of stones.  Deduct another 1/2 inch for covering existing post.  Contractor will remove stones 4/3/4 inches wide by 66 inches from grade.  James Gate Works will provide new covering for existing post, plus new post to take place of the removed stone. The covered post will also be 4 1/2 inches deep and is also 66 inches high. 

Gate design to be as style and rail, with arched top and iron bars over the window, operable wood door at back of window, square clavos on the top rail on the appearance side.  Gate to be made of mahogany, finished to a light to medium natural toner, locking black lever type handle includes installation. Hinges are included, black gate or butt type.

Project as described includes all materials and labor unless noted… $1350.00

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…$675.00 rc'd 11/13/09

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.
