Opening is 80 inches wide by 66 inches high.  Gate opening should be 36 inches.  Place gate between two posts.  The PT posts should be 38 inches apart and should be located as follows:  Left post should be 25 inches from wall and right post located to leave the 38 inches between them.

Gate is to be arched top with square clavos, hinge on left and open in.  Gate to be finished with white painted finish.  Gate to have flipper catch, cast iron handle, and spring closure.  Gate to be with two finished and capped posts, and has 24 ½ inch panel to left, and 11 inch panel to right side as seen from the street.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted… $1600.00

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.    Owner is moving in soon with large dog and would like project expedited.  All projects are scheduled to be completed ASAP and are placed in a que according to when a commitment to the project is made and a deposit is placed.  I have several jobs already scheduled before this.

Occasionally changes need to be made for unforeseen circumstances.  All attempts
