Gate to replace steel gate to entry. Gate to be made of Honduran mahogany, finished similar to door with etched glass. I believe Mahogany Flame with a clear coat over. Provided with wood jams to match, the jams to be three inches deep and approximately 4 ½ inches wide. (Only a small amount of gate width is lost.) Gate opening is 50 1/4 inches wide and 68 inches high. Make jams 68 inches, Make gate 66 inches. Gate to be of frame and panel construction. Gate to have brushed nickle butt hinges, opens out with hinges on the right. Lisa will provide latching hardware which JGW will install.
Project as described includes all materials and labor unless noted…$1700.00
A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…850.00 received on 11-4-2009 Balance of payment is to be made upon completion. Normal completion is four weeks. Occasionally changes need to be made for unforeseen circumstances. All attempts To notify you will be made. In the event you are not able to be reached, I will make a decision based on what we have discussed concerning your project.
