Project is two gates.

Gate One at main entry has an opening 44 ½ inches wide by 66 inches high.  Gate to have an arched top.

Gate should be hinged on the right and opens in. (right hand latch set)  This is a frame and panel design with two vertical raised panels at bottom, regular vertical 1 x 6 pieces at top with a small open window with small wood door closing it up.  No metal, no clavos, uses butt hinges or regular gate hinges in a black finish.  Gate to use Emtek Hardware, black finish Denver handle with single keyed deadbolt.  Key this lock and lock for other door alike.  Check for possible copper cap.

Gate Two at side.  Opening must be cut in slumpstone.  This opening should also be 44 ½ inches wide.  This gate will hinge on the right and opens out.  (right handed latch set)  This gate is a simple board with bats and diagonal on the back side.  Extra thickness for the latch and lock set.  Also has arched top, no window.  Uses gate type hinges in black.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted…$2400.00.  Includes upgraded hardware, window in main gate, all materials, finishing, and installation.  Cutting wall is not included. If a Dutch style door is to be built add $200.00.

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.
