Two gates, basic with boards and rails of mahogany,

Gate openings are 35 inches and 32.5 inches, both gates 58 inches high at sides, arched top.  Iron handle, gate hinges.  Open out, hinged at wall.  Jams on wall 1.5 inches thick, jams on house and cottage, ¾ inch thick.

Finished to paint color provided (blue/green) check with Paul for paint left from today.  Paint and wipe for stain effect.  Should look semi transparent.  Paint code: Ace Royal Shield SG 159/Deep 330, B:4oz,42 shots, D:1oz,37 shots, T:2oz 

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted…$1400.00

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…rc’d $700.00

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks. I will do all I can to install by 12-11-09.
