Frame and Panel construction.
Utilizing full 1 3/4 inch thick mahogany styles and rails mortise and tennon joinery
and usually 4/4 thick panels which are nominally about 11/16 to 13/16 inches thick.

Gates up to 48 inches wide, less than 5 feet, 6 inches high at the sides. $1200.000

Gates from 48 inches wide to 60 inches wide, may best be considered splitting the width
into a two panel gate.  It may be that each panel should be 30 inches wide for a 60 inch
gate. You may choose to split that 60 inches into a panel that is 40 inches and another
that may be 20 inches.  Any way you want it, you must decide.

Gates over 60 inches must be split into two sections.

All gates over 48 inches wide need to have price calculated at $300.00 per lineal foot of
width.  If gate needs to be fabricated as two panels, and each panel is 30 inches, the
total billing for that gate will be $1500.00 and will arrive as two separate framed 30 inch
wide panels.  Any windows, hardware, or special requests will be billed additional charges.

If gate is over six feet in any height, add $150.00 per foot or fraction of and remember
shipping too will probably add some.

Flat replacement with EZ Fit jams.  Gates with a flat top
which will include a small rain-cap or can be arched or
even with a reverse arch.

Up to 48 inches wide and up to 5 foot, six inches high at the sides.  (A very common height)
will be billed at $750.00 for the basic gate.  Again if the gate is wider than 48 inches
you will have option of splitting it into two moveable panels.  If wider than 48 inches,
please add $175.00 per foot or fraction of width and advise how you want it split (if you
are wanting multiple panels).

Again, if your gate is over six feet high, please add $75.00 per foot or fraction of and
again consider if you can do with less height as shipping does get more costly and is also
more complicated.

Addons to James Gate Works EZ Fit Products

Small framed wood windows with metal insert.  These are attractive additions and will be
fabricated and installed at my shop.  Add $100.00 per window.  If decorative iron over
the window (usually only on the appearance side) add an additional $100.00.

If you are wishing us to include clavos, round or square, 1 3/4 inch or so diameter, add
$6.00 per clavos.  The gates look good with only five or so on the top curved rail on the
appearance side but you decide.  They can be found on the internet but may be difficult to
locate.
