Opening to be 40 inches by 72 inches high.  Gate should be 68 inches high at the sides, arched top.  Have window with bars over front and small door at rear.  Hinges on the right, and opens out for later pool specs.  Has flipper at the top and a deadbolt over cast handle.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted…$1200.00

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…rc’d $600.00

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.
