Opening is 42 inches wide and the height is 93 inches.  Hinges left and opens out.  Provisions for electrical latching.  Price includes all but hardware.  This means price covers all the materials, construction, finishing, and installation.  The metal grill may add $300.00.  The handle, the hinge pieces, and two rows of clavos,

a bit smaller than the 2 inch you were looking at, will add another $270.00.  I expect your total installed cost will be $2170.00.  I will give you wholesale prices on all my purchases plus 10% for my time and efforts securing the hardware.

Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted…$1600.00
