Sam's Project has two gates.  Gate that has opening in wall now is with a 36 inch wide opening by 66 inch height at the sides.  I suggest to Sam and Patty they may want other gate at least that wide or a bit wider (a 40 inch opening).

Gate to be mahogany.  Frame and panel construction with arched top.  Gate should be similar to that on first page of website.  Uses black gate hinges, they may want black lever handle with key lock.  Gates to have small window, left open with bars over the window on the appearance side.  Gates to have round clavos on top rail, possibly additional clavos.  Gates to have a rich dark walnut finish.

Project as described includes all materials and labor finished and installed unless noted… $2500.00 plus for any additional hardware or upgrades.

A deposit of 50% of the cost to assure timely scheduling of project…Rec’d $1200.00.

Balance of payment is to be made upon completion.

Normal completion is four weeks.
