Replacement gate for residence. Opening is 60.5 inches by 63.5 inches high at sides. To have same appearance as present gate. Hinges right and swings in. Set between two posts that are about 4.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep. All mahogany, unfinished, no handle, flipper catch at top inside. Will include arrow shaped black hinges. Project as described includes all materials and labor except as noted… $800.00 A deposit of 50% of the cost has been paid… $400.00 Balance of payment is to be made upon completion. Normal completion is four weeks. Occasionally changes need to be made for unforeseen circumstances. All attempts To notify you will be made. In the event you are not able to be reached, I will make a decision based on what we have discussed concerning your project. | ||
